What does it mean to take up space? How does the space we occupy define us?
To take up space is transformative. In a time when movement and expression are restricted, A Th3rd Space emerges as an undeniable embodiment of presence—a purposeful act of consciously creating and asserting our existences for ourselves and each other. How can reclaiming physical space today echo the revolutionary acts of the past? What does a space dedicated to enriching and empowering the creative collective look like?
A Th3rd Space invites you to witness an exhibition of individuality and community. In a world that demands conformity, we gather to be seen, to be heard, and to explore our truest selves. Join us in this moment of reclamation—a space to show up, unapologetically, for each other and for what it means to truly exist.

The deadline to submit is December 6, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST. We strongly encourage all DMA students to apply and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
