Upcoming group exhibition from Kive Studio, a small curatorial collective in LA.
Featuring work by artists and researchers Jenna Caravello, Olive Kimoto, Naomi Sam, C+, Evesaltocave, and Chris Giang, we invite artists, designers, and thinkers to reimagine how embodied experience can restore our capacity to connect with others in contemporary environments.
Embodied Frequencies, is a two-day group exhibition and performance program exploring how sensory experience, digital stimuli, and intimacy intersect. Through interactive sculpture, video games, biofeedback art, and performance, the works probe how sensory experience mediates presence and intimacy in today’s technological landscape.
Dates:
• Friday, August 15th: Opening Night, Two Performances (6-11 PM)
• Saturday August 16: Gallery Hours (12-8 PM)
Location: Smart Objects (1828 W Sunset Blvd.)
While we’re an independent studio, we’re committed to making our programs accessible—so we offer free admission to all students, regardless of affiliation.
