DMA Professor Erkki Huhtamo will give an invited lecture at the Ogaki Biennale, Ogaki City, Japan, on December 21, 2015, 5pm - 6.30pm at Softopia Japan. The topic of his lecture is "Art in the Streets - A Media Archaeological Perspective." The theme of the Biennale is "Cracks of Daily Life."

Erkki Huhtamo published his first Japanese single-authored book earlier this year. It is titled Media Kokogaku Kako Genzai Mirai no Taiwa no Tameni (“Media Archaeology: Dialogues Between The Past, Present and Future,”), translated by Yoshitaka Ota (Tokyo: NTT Publishing Co., 2015).
